15U, 16U, & 17U Tigers,

Hope all is well.  I wanted to pass along the application information once again for National Team at the end of the summer.  One of our best events of the year.  Get those applications in.  Thanks.

We’re excited to announce that our next Rawlings Tigers National Team event will take place July 31 – August 4, 2024.  We will be forming a 15U, 16U, & 17U National Team that will compete in the 2024 Cincy Flames Tournament of Champions in Cincinnati, OH.  The event will be played at numerous DI schools in the Cincinnati area.  Exposure for the TOC has traditionally been excellent as this is one of the best recruiting events towards the end of the summer.  College coaches want to get one more look at players before the summer recruiting comes to a close.

The main focus of the National Team is to bring Tigers from all across the country together for a fun filled weekend of competition.  The program provides an avenue for our players to be able to measure themselves against some of the top teams/players in the country.  Being selected to the National Team is a huge honor and we invite you to apply to represent the Tigers.

In order to be selected and participate, players will first need to apply thru the link then update their Tiger Profile with skills videos and metrics if possible.  The tryout process will mainly be our National Team Staff evaluating your videos on your profile.  We will also reach out to your coaches and regional directors for more information. Rosters will be capped at 11 position players, as we want to make sure everyone is able to play as much as possible.  Each roster will also have players that will only pitch, as each division is a 6 game guarantee.     

Here are the event details and age groups: 

Event: 2024 Cincy Flames Tournament of Champions

Location:  DI schools in the Cincinnati area

Age Groups:  15U, 16U, and 17U

Games: 6 Game Guarantees, Wood Bat only

Dates:  July 31 – August 4, 2024

Cost: Position Players - $540, Pitcher Only’s - $250 

*Players will be placed on rosters based on graduation year.  Here’s the breakdown:

15U – 2027

16U – 2026

17U – 2025

*Uniforms:  Two shirts will be provided and all players must provide their own Tiger classic white pants and classic hat.

*Playing time will be distributed equally to showcase the roster.  PO’s will get at least two opportunities on the mound.

 *All applications must be submitted and Rawlings Tigers player profiles updated by the end of the day on Friday, June 14^th, 2024.  Roster will be announced shortly after.

 *To be selected for a roster, all applicants must complete the fields in the registration link as well as update their player profile with details including video showcasing their skills.  Our staff will mainly use the information in the player profiles to determine the rosters.

 *Travel costs are the responsibility of each family.  A hotel block will be reserved to follow the stay and play mandate that we must follow as a group.
